# Zodiac: Nomad Module

Nomad has partnered with Gnosis to develop the [Zodiac Nomad Module](https://github.com/gnosis/zodiac-module-nomad) (ZNM) that enables accounts and contracts on one chain to control an "avatar" on another chain using Nomad's message passing layer. Using the ZNM, users can vote on a "home" chain where governance tokens are deployed (usually Ethereum) and pass results to another chain (eg. Gnosis Chain) using Nomad.
